Please allow a 24 hours response time when requesting your appointment.

When booking an appointment, select the following options:

1. Treatment Type  - Treatments are always tailored to the client's needs, priorities and preferences and the initial consultation will determine your treatment plan.

2.  Duration - Treatments are offered for 30 or 60 minutes

3.  Time period during the day - Morning, Afternoon

4. Day of the week - Monday,  Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 

Out of consideration for clients with allergies and sensitivities, please, refrain from using scents and hairsprays before your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

As a professional office, I have only one product to sell, and that is my treatment time.  That time is used to pay my operating expenses and to earn my income. 

Since there are a limited number of available treatment hours, short notice cancellations or appointments missed altogether take from my only product – my time. I will be billing for missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less then 24 hours notice.  

Please, avoid this situation.  I dislike billing for lost time as much as my clients dislike paying for it.
